Refund policy

Return Policy:

Once an order has been placed and confirmed we are unable to make changes or modifications. We are happy to accept returns on orders in their original condition: unworn, unwashed in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Print on demand items are not eligible for return. A $12 flat rate return shipping fee will be deducted from refund where shipping label is provided.

To submit a returns request: 

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation or go to the returns page to request a return.

1.      Log in to your account:

2.      In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue"

3.      A six-digit verification code will be sent via email

4.      Enter verification code to access account

5.      Select the order#

6.      Select the items that you wish to return

7.      Select a return reason and add a note for the store

8.      Click "Submit request"

Once return request is approved, a shipping label will be emailed
